Entry Terms And Conditions:
1. No entry fee for participation.
2. Eligibility: Mothers of AIS & AWS students only.
3. It is mandatory for participants to submit the child’s name, school and registration no.
4. This is an online competition organized by “Samit Ray Foundation”. The videos will be promoted on our Website, YouTube and other social media platforms.
5. Registration/Entry will be online only, within the stipulated time period.
6. No fees or compensation for any cause is payable by Samit Ray Foundation to any participants.
7. This is an online competition. Each enrolled participant will be required to send their self-recorded video of good quality.
8. Samit Ray Foundation and Jury members’ decisions shall be final.
9. In case there is any mismatch of details or untruthful, inaccurate or misleading information submitted, the participants may be disqualified from participation in the competition.
10. This is a non-commercial initiative by “Samit Ray Foundation” and it reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the Competition Notice.
11. Parents can submit their videos and submissions in more than one category. However, separate submissions are required to be made in that case i.e. For each submission, the form will need to be filled in separately.
- Send 1 recorded song video of 2mins max.
- Song entries can be with or without any background score.
- Audio filter and other types of editor must not be used.
- Audio must be in raw and unedited format.
Judge : Srabani Sen, Indian exponent of Rabindra Sangeet and Bengali songs.
- Send 1 dance video of 2mins max.
- Dance entries should be with a background score.
- Video filter and other types of editor must not be used.
- Video must be in raw and unedited format.
Judge: Malobika Sen, internationally reputed dancer.
- Send 1 recorded video of 2mins max.
- Recitation entries can be with or without any background score.
- Video filter and other types of editor must not be used.
- Video must be in raw and unedited format.
Judge: Urmimala Basu, an actress, theatre personality.
- Send 1 painting video of 2mins max.
- Video filter and other types of editor must not be used.
- Video must be in raw and unedited format.
Judge : Jyoti Prakash Roychowdhury, ,artist, qualified with fine arts from Govt. College of Art & Craft.
Steps to be followed
1. Maximum 50 entries for each category.
2.The initial round of screening will be done by our internal faculty members.
3. The top 10 entries of each category will be sent to the celebrity Judge for final decision.
4. Announcement and celebrity interaction will be through zoom.
5. The winners’ videos will be uploaded in the social media.
